The Direct Approach
Some payment providers rely on a number of third parties to accept your card payments. The more parties involved, the more difficult it is for the payment provider to manage those relationships. This can directly affect how much you are charged and the quality of services received.
Pixxles has cut out the third parties when it comes to licensing requirements for regulated activities. Pixxles is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority so we don’t need a third party’s license to provide payment services.
We are directly accountable to our customers and to the Regulator. We can do things our way. Payment processing that is effortless, pricing that is transparent, service that is outstanding and value that is second to none. Sound good?

The Fundamentals, Done Well
Nasty surprises? Nope. Not our style.
Some card payment processors will say you are approved before they have done their due diligence. You could find out later that your account has not been approved for some reason and you will have to start looking for another card service provider all over again.
We have our own team of Pixxles underwriters, which helps speed up the approval process as we don’t have to wait for third party feedback before we make a decision. We make sure we do our Due Diligence upfront so our yes means yes and you are good to go.
At Pixxles, we work with you, not against you! Some processors don’t take the time to understand your business and take a one-size-fits-all attitude with the support they provide. We’ll work with you using a risk-based approach to help proactively identify and mitigate risks to your business, and make sure that doing so doesn’t get in the way of your success.
Our common goal is to protect your business from fraud and allow it to grow. If there is an unexpected challenge, we’ll work with you to sort it as quickly and effectively as possible. We won’t just haphazardly suspend your account.
